The
rates of Hispanic homeownership, as well as small business and small
farm ownership, have all shown dramatic increases over the past
two decades; however, these numbers still fall significantly short
of average rates for the U.S. as a whole. SRF radio programming
and information and referral services promote access to resources
to encourage increased financial independence through homeownership
and small business development within the Hispanic community.
